The hotel is in rough neighborhood. I felt safe personally but wasn't sure my car was safe. Lot's of homeless types hanging around the parking lot. Marijauna smoke prevalent.

This has been the best stay experience I’ve had. I wasn’t expecting much but I was very pleased the breakfast was really good and the hotel was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, our stay was good. The staff are very pleasant and attentive. It comes with breakfast included which is an added plus and it has quite the variety. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were extremely clean. The only thing is that the room is quite outdated and some of the furniture was broken, but still fulfilled its purpose. When we were there (it was for 2 nights) the elevator was not working. We didn't mind doing the stairs, but I did see a couple with their adult disabled son and they were caring him down the stairs. I did feel bad for them because it would have been very helpful to fix the elevator ASAP.

We had to switch rooms since our grandsons decided to stay. We were switched to a new room with a very nice staff member. The staff was incredible! The only issues were there was no heated pool, there were several people smoking pot on our floor and the elevator was broken.
