Indoor pool is always a good thing. However because of covid, it was not available during our stay.
They accepted my Chime card the first night but when I tried to check in again the denied me after orbit took my payment for my stay and i had to request a refund that going to take 10 days
Good location due to restaurants & stores. But, very noisy guests: yelling in the hallway, very loud music, revving car engines. Hotel could be cleaner. There needs to be a mat in the tub (I slipped & fell. The front desk didn’t seem too concerned).
The room was very nice. Love the dinning area, the design and fireplace made it nice and comfy. Breakfast was great!

I had to bring my daughter down to San Bernadino from Pismo Beach for a soccer tournament. Long drive, unfamiliar area, the hotel was clean, safe, easily located and conveniently near anything we needed. I wouldnt "vacation" here, but for any needs for a hotel in this area, I would definitely go back.
My 2 adult sons and I stayed for 1 night while they participated in the Tough Mudder in Big Bear. the hotel location was perfect- only 2 easy and convenient miles from the remote shuttle parking lot. though we did not know it at the time, the hotel ended up being in a real jewel of a location. We actually had friends who stayed in a cabin in Big Bear jealous of our accommodations and location. the breakfast was great for 3 hungry men. We enjoyed time together watching sports in the spacious room. Beds were comfortable and everything worked.
The location was perfect for our trip, but when we arrived the front desk wasnt very friendly, argued about me getting the Nickelodeon special when I had confirmation and then when the manager went to call [...] and when she returned never said a word to me. My kids were given the Nickelodeon bags that were not completed and the front desk woman really seemed upset that I would even ask for these bags. The hotel itself was great, rooms were perfect for a family of 4, we all enjoyed the indoor pool and it was so close to so many places to eat. Breakfast the next morning was really good but they kept running out of plates and it was reallu disorganized.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that other guests were being loud and yelling in the halls. Did you call and let the front desk know? I'm sorry that you fell in the tub. Are you doing okay? We do not supply bathmats but I will speak to the front desk to ensure they are address concerns correctly.
