Nothing i enjoy the time and staff ok sometimes staff can be rude

Well, I didn't like the property, when we arrived, it was later on that night (before 9 PM). We were given a room and it was not good. We cleaned the room and etc. then the next night we were asked to move rooms from the front of the hotel to back side of the hotel because we were given the wrong room... it was more than an inconvenience because this room was worse than the first room. The hotel manager told us we had to leave because our bill was not paid and removed our things from our room during the day and gave the room to day guests and we didn't find out until later the next day when we returned back at night to find (this was the second day of check-in) the room had been given to other guests during the day on our money and we had paid for two weeks up front. We had to wait 3 hours before everything was worked out and this started at 8 PM. It was like being at an outside super fest concert because it was noisy all night and the guests were just coming and going all night. There were people knocking on our door at 3 AM. There was bumping, kicking and knocking above our room all night. It was just a hot mess!!! I would not recommend anyone to go here unless you want to jump into this kind of life style.

Staff is rude and not professional... rooms was not the clean ... the beding was not clean .... terrible i will never stay there again....

This place was a disaster. Used condom wrappers and blood on the sheets. I requested a new, clean, comforter and was told if I don’t like it I could call orbitz and complain. There was only one pillow. The place was filthy. I wasn’t expecting much for $55, but it was by FAR the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve been through some dandy’s before. If you decided to go here, I’m sorry and good luck.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. Upon entering our room, we noticed our room was dirty. There was a pile of trash by the door. The bed was not completely made and there were no pillow cases. The trash cans were still full and there were no clean towels. I spoke with housekeeping and she was very rude. I was told that the room was cleaned and that we made the mess. We were told to get our belongings and wait until outside. We went to the front desk to file a complaint. The front desk clerk told us we needed to wait and continued to talk on her cell phone. Very very BAD EXPERIENCE!

description say they have coffee inside the room but they dont. they reason i got the room because i have to leave early in the morning but they dont serve it until 6:30AM.

Sheets and towels are clean. Doors, tv, hot water not so great.

It’s a basic hotel for a night or two the towels were clean the water was hot and there were no bedbugs

Words cannot express how disgusting this place was. We checked out the next day because we had no where else to stay. The manager wouldn't give a refund either. I've reached out to their corporate headquarters and will reach out to the BBB and whatever else it takes for this place to get cleaned up. Here's a small list of the disgusting conditions: Dried urine on the wall Strong Mildew scent Sticky film all over everything Mattress and box spring had bodily fluid stains that were soaked all the way through Insects coming up through the drain in the bathroom No running hot water Stained sheets Fresh yellow stains on floor around refrigerator

They seriously need some remodeling, wood floors in a more? It's like a crack hotel for drug addicts

Rooms are very small, smelled humid, but is not that bad to spend there one or two nights

Rude staff OK for just sleep, bathroom was filthy and toilet was flooded front desk didn't want to help!

I stayed in San Bernardino because I was not getting cheaper hotel in Los Angeles area.hotel was not so great but value for money.they did not have coffee maker in hotel.if you are looking for cheap hotel and not expecting much then go for this.
