Employees here are friendly, especially Crystal and Anayi, they recommended coffee shops, restaurants around hotel and which facilities I can use in the hotel. The only issue makes me feel not good is TV system and lobby gate entrance and room door entrance system, they are too complicated

The property was nice. The area was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that was not so great was the night lady that was at the front desk our first night was not so nice. We didn’t receive our “breakfast and coffee” for nights we stayed. However Anahy that worked in the mornings was super helpful and always had a smile on her face! The valet was not so great they guys weren’t friendly almost if We were an inconvenience to them. It took an average of 25-30 minutes to get our car and at some point they brought me the wrong car and tried to convince me it was my car.

We really like staying in historical hotels, when we can. The Maverick did not disappoint. The staff, Crystal and Anahy, were so sweet and always smiling.

Exceptional experience.

The apartment was great. We had messed up the dates for our reservation but Crystal was amazing. She sorted everything out quickly and was able to get us back on track. The whole stay was exceptional. Kyle was our valet parking contact and he went above and beyond to take care of us. Thank you all. The staff were friendly and helpful. I must say a special thanks to Crystal, without her our weekend would have been a disaster. Thank you again Crystal for your professionalism and for your humor and caring.

Bad costumer service

It started off rocky… check in is at 4, you are supposed to get a link sent to you with codes and such. 4 came around and we never got a text with the link. We started calling the property a little after 4, we never got an answer and no call back. We showed up at the property around 5:15 pm. I went inside and nobody was at the desk. I continued to call but still no answer. Someone finally showed up at the desk like 15 min later. She then tells me that I should’ve gotten there earlier because it was first come, first served when the rooms are ready. She said I wasn’t going to get a text message with the codes. The customer service was terrible. Won’t be staying there anymore.

Since the hotel is situated close to the riverwalk you will hear traffic, people and music late into the night. Other than this small annoyance, the hotel had a modern charm to it and the staff was accommodating and polite. Regardless of the noise levels I would stay here again for the convenience.

We'll be back for sure!

Room was clean and roomy. Great location and once the car was parked we didn't need it. Everything close and walk-able. The only complaint is the windows are not sealed well and they rattle alot with the outside wind.

Staff was very friendly and happy to see and speak with guest. The room was clean, small but well maintained. We faced the main street,. quite noisy up until 11:30 pm. Cars with loud pipes kept us awake. Very close the the Riverwalk and Alamo, The Maverick museum is directly across the street, worth every penny!

severe noise issues throughout the hotel. Staff really attempts to be helpful; but the hotel did a very shortsighted job when renovating .... if my (and others) experience is any indication, you will struggle to sleep each night. One staff member told me: "oh if anyone asked me I would advise they not come to this hotel on business". To be avoided.

The room itself was very nice and comfortable. The windows were so bad that we could hear everything from the street. A band playing at a bar nearby, horse sounds and oh my birds! The birds were so loud I couldn’t believe we were in the middle of a city. Then the lights from the building across the street shone in our window all night. Unfortunate because we liked the room

Was a great spot for an extended work trip. Really enjoyed all the comforts of home. If you are a light sleeper it might not be for you, there was very loud street noise all four nights during the week from 11pm - 2am. Didn't bother me tho, would stay again for sure. The Alamo is a block away!

This place was perfect for us! The convenience of the location couldn’t be beat. One block away from the Riverwalk and the self-parking. The apartment had everything we needed to feel like we have been living there for years :)

Great stay! Great Location!

I love the place. It was great! It was the best of both worlds, a small apartment giving it a homey feeling with the accomodations and amenities of a hotel room. The location was top notch. Everything you need within walking distance, plus all the tourist landmarks. Just excellent. Word of advice though, the windows are not double pane, so being right smack in the middle of downtown you hear EVERYTHING. If quiet is what you want, this may not be the place for you. We actually enjoyed the sounds of the city. We will stay here again and cant wait to drag a few friends with us too.
