We stayed 3 nights (May 2026) for an Air Force BMT graduation. The house is very close & convenient to the Valley Hi gate. There’s also a super Wal-Mart near the entrance of the neighborhood that was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant during our stay. The house has 5 bedrooms and was very clean & comfortable. The downstairs king bed master suite is a good size and the toilet is private from the rest of the bathroom! There’s also a half bathroom downstairs. Upstairs has three bedrooms with queen beds, a bunk room with 2 twin bunk-beds, & two full bathrooms plus a large living/family room. The living room downstairs is open to the kitchen which was nice for visiting. Kitchen appliances worked just fine. We didn’t use the laundry room but the units appeared to be in good shape. The only negatives I could possibly say is none of the bedrooms have ceiling fans, but the AC worked just fine in 93 degree weather while we were there. The bunk beds (we didn’t use them because we didn’t need them) seemed like they would be ok for younger children but I don’t know if I would’ve trusted them with older kids over 100/125lbs, they were just kinda wobbly. Also, the backyard ain’t much to look at and the charcoal grill has seen better days… But we spent our time inside visiting with our graduate and were very pleased with our stay. I would recommend this house to family & friends. We would definitely stay here again.
