Subsequent inquiry did not reveal management’s rationale, although it is presumed to be due to regional area water conservation pressures. Floors are dirty and not all surfaces that are commonly touched were clean upon check-in.

We booked this hotel for a 2 night stay! First red flag, no hotel name written outside! Bit anyways google map help me get to the correct place! Checkin was ok. By the way no phone guide to call front desk! I was given a number which just keep on ringing and nobody bothered to pick it up! However once we enter room we noticed the fireplace was making noise(most probably low battery) which was annoying! Anyways we informed front desk about it as we were heading out and the front desk assured it will be resolved! After coming back around midnight still the fireplace was not fixed! On asking again about it they lied to me that someone did replace the battery and that they will send someone in 10 min to the room to take it out! That 10 min became 30 min and then an hour and then they told they don't have anyone to fix! They were telling me to take it out bit I refused since I didn't want to take any liability! They keep on lying to me all this while and there only reason we are very busy! After telling repeatedly that we cannot sleep because of the noise they told us to change to a nearby sister hotel! This was all well past midnight around 1 am! No help was provided by the hotel! We had to pack our bags and walk to that hotel in the middle of the night! It was a harrowing experience! Hotels like this don't know the meaning of hospitality! No apology nothing afterwards!

The floor in my room and throughout the property was unkempt. The air conditioner in the main check in area and dining area did not work, they had to leave doors open to ventilate. The room upon check in was not ready, I was checking in an hour and a half after 3pm check-in. I had to request towels as the ones in my room were dingy and looked to be re-folded and not replaced from the previous occupants.

I only booked for the shuttle to and from the airport. In the morning when I was ready to head to the airport they stated the shuttle was down. Nothing other than an apology. It wasn’t their fault so an apology was unacceptable. They should have credited my Uber fee.

Upon arrival, there was limited signage identifying the hotel. Inside myself and another guest had to wait for a long time before anyone at the front desk showed up. The property is very dated and needs renovation. The current images online are misleading. We got to the room, it smelled & looked like a run-down retirement home. Drain flies in the bathroom, run-down and the mattress stained brown. Needless to say, we did not stay. We left shortly after checking in. I was really surprised and disappointed and would not recommend until renovations are done to this place. On a positive note, the one staff that I did finally interact with was very friendly and helpful and the lobby was inviting.
