Waking up to soaring oaks and roaming deer is good for the soul! Take a walk among the oaks and take in the views or drop some steaks on the grill. This 15-acre estate provides safety and security with parking just steps from your door. Located off of a private road, the guest house is located adjacent to the main house occupied by 2 military health care professionals.
With easy access to I-10 it's only 5 minutes to downtown Boerne and 7 minutes to La Cantera and 6-Flags.

Enjoy a voice activated sound system containing all of your favorite artists making relaxing in the evenings pure joy. The living room has a 70' television with fire-stick, see all of your favorite shows and movies with a few clicks and all movies are 100% Free.

The grounds are well lid with security cameras. The bedroom is over sized with 2 queen sized comfortable beds, a kitchenette with breakfast bar, microwave, and toaster oven. (no stove). A shower/tub combination with shower handle. Upgraded Toiletries.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, a safe, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.

On the day of checkin there was no way to access the property and no response from the host. Later VBRO notified me the host had not been active for over 90 days. We were left with no accommodations.
