Perfect hotel for what we needed! Literally across the highway from Lackland. It only took us about 8 minutes to get to base. The hotel is clean, has FREE laundry facilities, and thr staff was wonderful, all of them! We felt safe there. There was a security guard that was in the parking lot each night. We will definitely stay again of we are in the area. Great hotel!!!

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and the rooms were a great size for 4 people. If you need a place for an extended stay they have kotchens and all the things you need to cook too. The location was great as we were close to everything but not in an extremely busy area.

We loved our room! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are super comfortable and you really feel at home! Staff are kind and friendly, the gym and laundry room are well equipped and are easy to access. The hotel room was comfortable and had plenty of amenities, (fridge, microwave, utensiles). Nice living room and eating area. Even with windows closed the freeway traffic was very loud at night. I havnt been to a hotel in 15 years that still uses basic television antenna for tv service. Smart TVs would be a nice upgrade. Every night there was a guy smoking marijuana right next to the hotel exit door. Onsite security would be nice. Some of the "fresh fruit" in the coffee area was bruised and spoiled. Both elevators were not operating for for almost an entire day.
