The staff was really nice. The first floor/lobby was nice and clean. The second floor smelled like wet dog. Our room was fine. The head boards were really scratched up. Other than that, for a place to sleep it was nice enough.

This was an ideal location, near the airport. The room was spacious and well furnished. It seemed luxurious to me. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The person at the front desk who checked us in was extremely cordial. It was a great hotel stay.

I had an early flight and needed a place near the airport that had a shuttle. I was very pleased with the staff both over the phone and in person. I called the day before my check-in to make sure I could get on the shuttle list. A real person at the actual hotel answered my call and made my shuttle reservation. When I checked in, everything was done. While this hotel does not have a restaurant, several adjacent hotels do. I walked over and felt very safe. Shuttle to airport was prompt and drops you right off at the departures. Driver was helpful (Jon) and friendly even at 5 am. Room was great.
