Guest Access:

This is a full unit; you won't be sharing the space with anyone else. This apartment is on the third floor from the front street or one flight of stairs from the reserved parking spots.



Other Things to Note:

We do have some beautiful large Elm Trees that shade our building; however, from July 1st to October 31st, this does increase the chances that Elm seed bugs may make an appearance in the unit. They are small and harmless, like a ladybug, do not bite, and are not considered a health risk. They generally will keep to the window sills. We do spray the building periodically to keep their presence to a very small minimum, but if you see a couple that may have made it inside during this season, please let us know, and we're happy to assist!
