Everything was spotless. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and big fluffy towels. Great lighting in the bathroom for doing hair and makeup. So many different restaurants close by and within easy walking distance. It was my first stay there but I would gladly stay there again!

Hotel Monaco is a delightful place to stay in SLC! Fantastic location, beautiful rooms and superb bar and restaurant. My only complaint: The Hotel Restaurant (Bambara) has added Octopus to their menu. Nobody should be eating Octopus. Guess they didn't get the Memo? Octopus are incredibly intelligent animals. Maybe as smart as a dog. Would you eat a dog?

The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the sheets excellent.The only friendly people was the car hops and the waiter at the restaurant. The front desk man just wanted to sell us membership and move us along, not friendly at all. We have stayed in hotels with much better amenities. Breakfast, coffee maker in room and coffe bar available the whole stay. Will not return.

Not sure exactly why there was no coffee service at 11am on Sundays. I suspect you are owned and controlled by Mormons. If you offer coffee every other day, don't insult your non LDS guests by forcing your rules on us. I was extremely dis6tonfind no coffee and I wanted to make a big deal but just left very let down by your forcing down my throat radical coffee rules. You can have it your way, bilit don't impose your views on others.

Everything was excellent. Only downside was that I ordered the Avacado toast on the first day and it was amazing and a large portion. The second day, it was still quite tasty, but about half the size and the bread was not as soft, so it was a little bit difficult to eat.
