Skeptics. Read this.

Checkin had a few couples ( us) a bit confused but after 10 minutes we all got settled. Thereafter it was lovely and I was impressed and surprised. Just enough of the right antiques in an historic home on the hill in SLC near the founder’s home. Quiet. Comfy nice bath and Apple TV. Breakfast was just amazing. Perfectly cooked and just a wonderful ending. I am not a b and b kinda person. I’ll return.

Maybe a hotel next time will be picked.

Check in was not easy, we were after 6pm due to car troubles. None of the check in emails came to us so we did not get the right communication. That is fine but the phone calls didn't work and although we were seen walking around looking no one came to meet us and help. They said it was after 6pm. Checking in etc on line is fine as long as it works and in this case it didn't and there was no back up plan. The deep soaking bath did not work. The plug was broken. Breakfast was good however the night before we had to say what time we wanted breakfast and what we wanted to eat. After a very long flight and being stressed from not being able to check in we had no idea of any of that plus we were on vacation that means we may sleep. Unfortunately we did sleep in and were late. We did still get our breakfast thankfully. The bed had a big foam topper which made it very soft and hard on the backs. So this isn't the room for you if you like a harder bed.

Historical charm with modern amenities. Amazing chocolate chip cookies when you walk in the door, one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on, and an incredible breakfast with very friendly staff. Perfect stay for couples.

Gorgeous Victorian style house full of antiques and beautiful decorations, very comfortable room. Has a private parking in the back or you can park on the street in front. You enter via a code. The breakfast is delicious and abundant, you choose from a menu that includes eggs and bacon. The host is super friendly. Great stay!!

Easy check-in, quiet, clean and comfortable, great coffee and breakfast! Overall loved it and would 100% stay again! Suggestions for the property: 1) window coverings are hard to operate and don't offer the best darkening or privacy--an upgrade would be awesome. 2) Antique tableside lamp plug/wiring were very fragile and seemed worn (had to plug into a different outlet to fit plug for a charger and the lamp would flicker on and off if the plug or wire were jostled at all); would replace the plug on the lamp so it's more secure (and possibly safer?).

Very charming house; nicely decorated; wonderfully presented and delicious breakfast of cottage cakes, French toast and fresh fruit; gracious host Only drawback was electrical - not enough lamps/light and convenient access to sockets to charge phones. Probably because those are hard to combine with charming, Victorian interior design.

High quality and comfort.

We stayed in the Cottage, adjacent to the main house. An amazing experience very similar to a B&B. Breakfast was excellent and the service was over the top.
