El apartamento Deluxe es perfecto para 6 personas y es muy moderno y acogedor, el aparcamiento subterráneo viene muy bien dado que es casí imposible dejar el coche en los alrededores, una pena que sólo haya una plaza para 6 personas. La zona es muy tranquila aunque se escucha bastante el ruido de los apartamentos contiguos. También hay algunos problemillas que sería facil de arreglar (bombillas de techo sin lamparas, cabezales de cama sueltos, restos de alguna gotera). Lo que sí debería mejorar urgentemente es la comunicación con la agencia que lo gestiona, porque casi nunca cogen el teléfono y no contestaron a nuestras consultas previas al Check-in, lo cual hizo que el check-in fuese bastante estresante, sobre todo después de un viaje de 6 horas de carretera. También echamos en falta un manual de uso del apartamento, la calefacción y el agua caliente estaban en horario automático y nos costó descifrar cómo reactivar la caldera después de las 21:00. El mando a distancia de la TV estaba desincronizado, pero la respuesta que recibimos del agente es que "apretáramos fuerte el botón en el mando y cerca del televisor"... tras una consulta en YouTube conseguimos resetear el mando fácilmente
