I stayed in the hotel for three nights before Christmas and it was perfect. The room was perfect. The atmosphere was perfect. The ambience was perfect. It was beautifully decorated in a great location with a ton of things to do would definitely stay there again.

Check-in was quick. The front desk staff was nice, but not over friendly or welcoming. I called that morning to request connecting rooms, and it wasn’t even mentioned on check-in. I had to ask if they were able to accommodate. They weren’t able to as nothing as available. Also, we were unable to sign into the WiFi the entire weekend. The front desk said they were working on it.

Staff was wonderful and accommodating at arrival. Room was spacious and spotless. The restaurants with in this beautiful hotel were priced reasonably and food was delicious. The wait staff were all courteous which made our dining experience absolutely amazing. I do not have any negative comments everything was perfect. We can’t wait to make this our yearly tradition.

Hi, checkin was great Mary Lou was very pleasant! And knowledgeable! Upon arrival at room we were taken back by how much hair, dirt, FILTH, and most of all the smell in the washroom. The sink drain i believe was so pungent i had to keep the door closed. I took a video and pics of the filth on the floors. We were going to complain to the desk but it was so busy and all we wanted to do was enjoy our vacation. So we decide to make the best of it out of the room. The check out woman gave us a free coffee and sandwich card and sent us on our way. For the price of one night, it was truly upsetting. This was a kid free night for my wife's birthday and I felt bad this was our experience. I feel let down.
