Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 100 m² house in Saint-Joseph which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a pretty 50 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 40 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you !

- A 50 m² living room with sofa and TV
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 and 2 : Double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath and vanity unit

- A mezzanine with a sofa bed (for one or two children)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

- Two 25 m² wooden terraces : one on the garden side and the other at the back of the house with furniture for enjoying fine weather and table football.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Joseph, in very pleasant surroundings. A grocery shop is just a two-minute walk away, and a Leader Price in La Plaine des Grègues is a 5-minute drive. There is a market in Saint-Joseph on Friday mornings. Bus stop in front of the door: direct to St Joseph town centre.
