In Berry, ideally located in the heart of the Brenne Regional Nature Park and on the edge of the Vienne department (Saint-Savin Abbey, Chauvigny, Futuroscope, etc.). Renovated house in a pretty little village, near a river.
Raised ground floor: equipped kitchen - living/dining room - 2 separate bedrooms (double bed) - toilet - bathroom (bath and shower).
Bicycle storage.
Central oil heating (€10 per day). €50 per week.
Unfenced shaded park of 4,000m² at the back of the house with a small enclosed area (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue).
Sheets provided, beds made on arrival. For weekends everything is included.
