4-bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms including large master bedroom with large bath, kitchen with large Island, living room w/ fireplace, cozy furniture, TV, & new washer/dryer in laundry room with laundry detergent provided. Don't miss out your favorite shows (Netflix), high-speed internet and comfortable beds. This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Parties, and Executives.
We are located near community park with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and much more.

Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with Netflix. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washer/dryer, and a fireplace.

We rented this property because it was close to business meetings we were attending and we needed a place to get some well-rested sleep after long meetings. This place has a really good and quiet neighbourhood.

Great!

Even though we enjoyed our stay, the property we stayed at was NOT the one shown in the pictures. It was a completely different property so that would’ve been nice to know from the beginning. House was still very clean and the neighborhood was nice & quiet. A/C does not work so I definitely recommend packing extra blankets or sweaters to keep warm.
