Tiene 1750 pies cuadrados con 4 baños, sala, comedor, cocina, 3 balcones (2 en la calle principal). Disponible una terraza para uso exclusivo de los clientes, NO en el mismo piso del apartamento, para comer al aire libre en los tejados de Roma y con un agradable recorrido por el área del Vaticano y el Observatorio Astronómico Monte Mario. El huésped puede disfrutar de la terraza para tomar el sol mientras espera visitar el próximo sitio turístico o tomar una copa de vino mientras disfruta de una hermosa vista de Roma.
El apartamento está en el primer piso de un edificio de principios de 1900 (muchos elementos arquitectónicos de la propiedad son originales de principios de 1900). El apartamento está ubicado en una de las calles principales del área del Vaticano y se encuentra frente a uno de los mejores y más famosos mercados cubiertos de Roma, a solo unas cuadras del Museo del Vaticano ya 5 minutos del metro.

The suite was exactly as advertised. The rooftop terrace was nice, even in November. Check in was a breeze. Great amenities near by. Would stay there again.

Host was very helpful. Location was superb! Apartment was beautifully appointed, updated to include modern conveniences but there were some appliance issues during our stay, mainly with the dishwasher. The washing machine is a washer/dryer combo so the cycles take longer but there are heating racks to hang dry clothes. Francesca was responsive and helpful, and even gave us a personal tour of the Trionfale Mercato with some excellent recommendations for food sources. Easy walking distance to Vatican. Safe neighborhood. Stayed with husband and three kids and we were all comfortable with bedroom/bathroom space.

The apartment is as described and pictured. Great location and within minutes to Vatican. The accommodation was great for 4 adults. Host was easy to reach when needed. Apartment is very clean but can use some refreshing on paint and furnishings. Would stay here again.

What an incredibly beautiful, clean and huge apartment! The views from the rooftop garden are amazing especially at sunset. Apartment is stocked with everything you need from coffee to toiletries! Photos for listing are as you see them, however the 4 bathrooms are enormous and the tiling is just beautiful. The location is perfect for touring the Vatican and other nearby sites! Restaurants galore, a mercato across the street. This is an apartment that has everything you could want.

Perfect month in Rome

This apartment is even better than its listing. We stayed 31 nights and felt so at home here. Francesca was an amazing host as our various family members moved in and out. This was our 4th visit to Rome and by far the best, in many ways because of this beautiful accommodation.

Everything from top to bottom was seamless. The place was EXACTLY as described and as shown in the photos. Plenty of room for our family of 5 with 3 young adult/adult children. We only wished we were here longer. It was easy to get anywhere from this apartment. Francesca was extremely responsive and kind with each question I had. The terrace was a lovely place to unwind and watch the sunset. We will definitely plan to stay here on our next visit to Rome.

Excellent Stay!

This is our second time here, and it remains a great apartment in an excellent part of Rome. Clean, comfortable, excellent communication with the host, at a reasonable price for Rome. We will stay here again if we travel with another group in the future.

Europe experience

We stayed as a group of 8! Incredible accommodations! Everyone had a perfect place to sleep and with 4 huge bathrooms we all had more than enough to keep refreshed. The location is perfect being 10 minutes from the Vatican, restaurants and subway. Extremely well stocked with everything you could need! The gist was quick to answer any questions and was very pleasant to work with! You won’t be sorry if you’re lucky enough to stay here!

This property was one of the best stays my family and I have ever been to. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine had a drying option. The metro was at walking distance. The Vatican can was 10 min walk. The owners kept in touch and check in on us to make sure everything was ok. The beds were sooooo comfortable. The 4 bathrooms so nice. We had so much space for all 7 people travelling with us. I would go back here in a heart beat. What a beautiful apartment. Felt like a dream.

Absolutely Fantastic

Amazing property in a great location. Traveling with three adult couples, this property offered us plenty of space and privacy. Very well appointed and decorated rooms, comfortable bedding, and the terrace was beautiful. Thank you Francesca for allowing us the use of your beautiful home.

A fantastic apartment in a great location.

The apartment was exactly as the pictures show, with great facilities and charm. The building is secure with amenities close by, as well as being perfectly situated for exploring Rome. Francesca is a great host, she made some very nice recommendations for our stay and helped to organise airport transfers for us also.
