Noisy and Bed bugs

Cannot fault the service provided by the staff but… Initially I was placed in a room right on the street which was extremely noisy but not as noisy as the staff and others at reception. I was promptly moved after asking for a quieter room and this seemed to be a good outcome. The next room was so much more quieter but one of the beds had bed bugs. There was 2 beds in the room and I managed to get some sleep albeit very minimal in the room. I let the online staff know about the bites and sent them several photos of the bites all over my legs. Their response was that they checked the room and no bed bugs but this was impossible. This was my worst ever stay in Rome and I would not be staying at a Numa location again as I have read that other locations have also had bed bugs

A gem

I booked a room with a private terrace and just loved having that extra space for early mornings or late nights. I was worried about the pin not working but had no trouble at all, The receptionists were friendly and helpful, just not there at all times. A terrific location as well.

Our favorite property on our trip to Italy. Perfect location. Staff were helpful. Was just a great home base and honestly had everything we needed in a room. Balcony was a cool touch and we could sit out and overlook the people walking by. If I had to knock something it would be the arrangement of the room. The sink was in the main room oppose to the bathroom, but if that is your biggest concern then you did OK

Great location, odd room rates

Numa Tullo was a perfect place to stay, it's right on the edge of the lively evenings in Trastevere which you can go out and enjoy, but once you get back to your hotel, you can't hear any of it. The only thing I will say is there is a huge variation in the size of the rooms, it felt a little ridiculous that we paid the same amount for three rooms but one was vastly bigger than the other two.
