Luxury stay in the most exclusive part of Rome, on the top of Trinità dei Monti (Spanish Steps), where you will be surrounded by the velvets of our high quality furnishings and Italian manufacture and where you can sip Champagne in the emotional Jacuzzi.
Our luxury apartment is 200 square meters close to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, it consists of a large kitchen, with a dining room, three bedrooms, one extra-suite with a round bed, two bathrooms, one of which with Jacuzzi with chromotherapy. Furnished with high quality materials and high Italian manufacturing furniture, with parquet and LED lighting throughout the apartment. It is located on the second floor with a lift and is equipped with all the comforts, heating, adjustable air conditioning, internet connection, 2 50-inch TVs, 1 65-inch TV, 3 safety deposit boxes, courtesy kit and hairdryer, bathroom linen and bed and kitchen supply, kettle, Nespresso machine.

Free luggage storage at check-in and check-out.
The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
For check-in after 10 pm, a supplement of 25 euros is required in cash upon arrival.

The only thing I did not enjoy was the handheld shower washing my hair. I was unable to put it in an upright position to use both of my hands. It needed to be held the whole time or I would have sprayed the entire bathroom

Fun Apartment in Rome

We loved our stay at this apartment in Rome. It was spacious and well-furnished. The host was a good communicator, met us for a slightly early check in, and allowed us to leave our luggage after check out, all of which was much-appreciated. Our family of 5 really enjoyed the room this apartment provided for us to spread out and have our own space. It was a favorite for our children based on the furniture and space. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was well-stocked overall. The location was also great, with both Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps being closeby. We also found the travel instructions provided by the host for taking the metro from Roma Termini to be an efficient way to get to the apartment. We would recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Nice clean apartment with plenty of room for family of 7. The pictures of the apartment are just like the ones online! Apartment is convenient to key attractions. Joey was great to work with, he answered all my questions and I had a lot. He even arranged all our transportation with private drivers which was an added bonus. Will definitely book again.

Perfect Location with Style

My sister, aunt and I stayed for 3 nights in Jan '24. The apartment looks every bit as good in person as online. It is enormous and stylish, well appointed with everything a traveler could need. This place would be phenomenal anywhere, but you are at ground zero for many of Rome's most popular sites. Meer steps from the top of the Spanish steps, 10 mins to Trevi fountain, maybe 15 to the Pantheon. Yet the street the apartment is on (Via Gregoriana) is quaint and quiet. There is shopping everywhere and amazing restaurants around every corner. Joey was the best, waiting for us on our arrival, making sure we had everything we needed, and checking in with us throughout our stay. I've done vacation rentals throughout the US and Europe and this one is a true gem and will make your stay in Rome special. I would return in a heartbeat!

The home was as advertised, matched pictures shown. Excellent cleanliness, the host Joey was great to work with, answered all my questions at any time, checked in to make sure all was well. For this property the only thing to be aware while there are 2 bathrooms, there was only one shower shower. The other room has a bathroom with large tub in it and a water handheld wand but now shower head from above, so no full shower capability like the other bathroom so the 4 of us had to take turns using the other bathroom's only shower. Not that big of a deal but for convenience if they could install a shower head from above in the other bathroom to match the functionality of the other bathroom that would be helpful. But no complaints, nice working cool AC throughout house, a lift to take up your heavy bags if you don't want to use steps, and a place they can lock up your bags if you're not able to check in yet. Would stay here again each time, excellent all the way around.

Excellent apartment in heart of Rome

We were in Rome three nights prior to a cruise. Joey was the consummate host - he arranged transfers from the airport and to the cruise port. The apartment was awesome - very stylish, clean, great A/C and right in the middle of everything at the Spanish Steps, yet felt tucked away. There are no gotchas here - what you see is what you get.

I loved my stay at the Versace Apartment. It far surpassed our expectations. I loved the way it was decorated. It was so classy. We loved the round purple bed! We stayed for two nights before leaving for a cruise. The location is great and we definitely got our exercise walking up and down The Spanish Steps. Also close to great shopping, restaurants and the Trevi Fountain. We were four girls and had plenty of room. The host was extremely helpful and helped us with our transportation from the airport and to the cruise port. The apartment is well maintained, clean and well stocked. We didn’t really use the kitchen facilities much except for drinks and coffee in the morning. I would definitely consider this apartment if I make it back to Rome. I did throw my coin in the fountain!

Exotic fun place

This was a perfect place for me, my husband, my mom and two teenagers. The location was safe and convenient. We loved soaking in the luxurious bath after 10 hour days of touring. Joey was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. He gave us new towels after 2 days. His driver picked us up from the airport for easy transfer. We did need cash right away for this driver and the city tax at check in. Which seems typical at each location. Would highly recommend this place and stay again!
