Cinque Sogni is a great place to stay in Rome. In the outer Rome area it is more peaceful and not too noisy. Easy access to the Metro. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom is well appointed. A kitchenette and communal breakfast area is well set up with a selection of foods and beverages. A convenient fridge freezer combo for perishable foods. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at Cinque Sogni for a week while in Rome. This was our first time in Rome, and we chose Cinque Sogni because of its proximity to the Train Station we arrived in Rome. Traveling around Rome was relatively easy from Cinque Sogni as the Bologna Metro Stop was a minute away, and all of the major tourist stops were within a 30 minute Metro trip. Our primary problem with Cinque Sogni was property itself. The room we were in didn't have any counter space in the room, and we used a small bed side table and another small table to hold our luggage. Aside from not having counter space, there wasnt a safe in the room to keep our valuables. Lastly, the walls of the property are very thin, and we were able to hear many of our fellow guests as they talked in the common area.

Excellent Stay for Group/Family in Central Rome

We booked multiple rooms for family and friends. Everyone enjoyed their stay at Cinque Sogni. Location is excellent and rooms were quite comfortable and clean. Common area and kitchen were very good for our group to get together and enjoy coffee from the provided Lavazza machine. It was better than a hotel stay because we can enjoy each other's company in relative privacy in the common room and kitchen. AC was needed for a few hot days and it works flawlessly. The only drawback the rooms do not have safety box, however we feel safe to leave our belongings in the room.

Property was like a big apartment and your room is private with a private bathroom and shower. There are about 3 other rooms in this same apartment. Shared common area in the kitchen. We never came across other people so it felt like your own space. Really clean and spacious once inside the room. Would stay here again if you don’t mind traveling a little outside of central city in Rome. Wasn’t a fan of breakfast as it was packaged bread and biscuits but there are local coffee shops nearby with fresh bakery. Check in and check out was super easy and the girls responded very quickly to any questions I had.

If you want easy access to the metro and everything else Rome this is the place! It also happens to be clean and has excellent air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast offerings is a good snack to start the day. Rooms and bathrooms are all at the level of quality you would typically pay much more for, I was impressed. Cleaner and nicer than well know hotel chains. Within view of the little green park that sits above the metro station it is convenient. For Americans it looks like a sketchy place, but all Italy seems to have bars over window and doors etc., it was safe enough even coming back very late. The building and room itself is very secure. The owner is friendly and very helpful, though you may only see her staff, she is always very quick to respond to phone or email.

Nice location not in City Center but a lovely neighborhood Bologna 2 metro stops away, very large room, they let us check in early, called us a cab to leave recommended a great restaurant . Comfy bed and immaculate room.

Would stay here again It’s close to the train station but on a quiet street The room was spacious and always kept clean It was nice to have your own bathroom There were good choices for the breakfast they provided and you were able to bring your own groceries as they had a full kitchen in the common area. Paola was welcoming! Wi-fi in the room didn’t work as well as in the common area but I think that can be attributed to the thick walls because I didn’t even hear my neighbors at all. It was nice and quiet you wouldn’t even know if there were other guests unless you bumped into them in the common area. Staying there again in my future visits—I think the train will take me there directly from the airport!! Molto bene Cinque Sogni!!

Cheap and comfortable

The hotel is very close to Bologna metro station so easy access to the main tourist areas. Rooms are quiet and air conditioning was good. Bed was very comfortable and great shower. Wifi is reliable. Breakfast is a very basic selection. We never saw any staff, apparently they are there 9am-2pm. I was emailed instructions for checking in after 2pm which were perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was good value for money.

Fantastic stay at Cinque Sogni

I booked a trip to Rome for my partners birthday present and went with Cinque Sogni based on the fact it was such a low price and fairly close to the center compared to some other low cost hotels. We were both so impressed. It was very clean, had a lovely atmosphere and was comfortable. We could also leave our bags after check out and collect them later in the day as we had a late flight which was brilliant too. We had a fantastic trip and were very sad to leave! We will definitely be back again soon!

Best B&B in Rome.

Brand new B&B. Has a home to home feel. Everything is well thought out. The cleanliness, decor and space of the room and whole place is second to none for what I paid. Best B&B you'll find in Rome! Right next to a metro stop and only a few stops from the centre. Tiburtini station is only 10min walk too. Lively and cheap area with plenty of places to eat for a reasonable price. There is a restaurant/cafe bar outside the apartment, I didn't eat here but it's there for those that want to. Check in and out was with minimal fuss. They're so laid back, exact instructions if you're arriving late. Elizabetta is so wonderful. I absolutely loved my stay. I could go on all day because I had such great experience! When I return to Rome, this will be my first stop again. Love it!

B&B très bien situé, très proche du métro, supermarché et laverie automatique. Four à micro-ondes et réfrigérateur dans l'espace commun. Très bon nettoyage.
