I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly arranged and showed great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome and at home throughout my stay. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient, which made moving around easy and enjoyable. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room. Espresso coffee, still water, sparkling water, and biscuits were available, which was a very nice and welcoming gesture. Honestly, everything about this place was outstanding and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting from Jordan, the Middle East, or anywhere in the world. I would definitely stay here again without

Lovely apartment with a comfy bed and large smart tv. Access to a kitchen area with lovely coffee machine and frozen croissants for baking in a mini oven. Good location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The Termini train station was only a short 5-10 min walk away where you can catch the Metro to all over the city. The room we had was very quiet during the night and we slept very well in the comfy bed. Other points mention by previous guests was the check-in system however, we found it straight forward and had no issues. Lots of good info sent before so read up in advance. Lovely apartment and would happily stay here again.

This was a very nice room & bathroom, clean and comfortable with great coffee in the room, cookies, filtered water & coffee in the common area. The location is in a perfect location for Termini Station and staging for the rest of Roma. The only downside in my aged opinion would be as follows... I travel a lot and this is the first time I have ever done a registration, check-in and had a two day stay without any direct contact from the proprietors. No introduction, no personal welcome, no orientation, no meeting at all! Everything is set up remotely using WhatsApp, camera, and phone technology. This is probably irrelevant to the younger, tech-savvy traveler, but for my wife and I it was a bit irregular considering we are talking about the "Hospitality" business. The stay was great once we navigated the necessary apps, but somewhat impersonal in the end.

Everything is great but the first front door access to inside the building is a bit confusing to open & should be easier for tourists. (Luckily I have a WhatsApp account so was easy to contact the staff but most of tourists from out of Europe don’t use it)

This is not a hotel, it’s a room in a building which is unmanned. It was difficult for me to access with heavy luggage—several stairs at the entrance, no ramp or disabled access, and a very small lift. Even once upstairs, there were more stairs to reach the room, and the doorway was so narrow you had to walk in sideways with suitcases. The room was clean and spacious, but the shower was a major issue: no water from the main showerhead despite being told it was fixed, leaving me with hardly any water to shower. Also the security door lock was broken, and advised this was due to issues with previous guest, so no security for guest using the room, This was very disappointing for the price I paid to stay here. The property owner was responsive via WhatsApp, which I appreciated. They also allow luggage storage in the common area; but it’s not secured as it’s just in the foyer, although access requires a code, it doesn’t provide much peace of mind. There was also construction noise from next door early in the mornings, making it hard to rest. Overall, despite some positives, my experience was disappointing compared to the glowing reviews I’ve read which was the reason for booking this room, as it’s not a hotel.

Overall it was just fine. Nothing great, nothing terrible. The hardest part was the check in and finding the place. It’s not a hotel like it presents online. It’s more like a professional grade air bnb. If it weren’t for a random lady named Gilda, I’m not sure we’d have gotten in and found the place. I’m willing to admit things in America are much different and that maybe this met up was more normal in Italy, but confront desk, limited ability to communicate. 3 different codes to get in. It just wasn’t what we wanted. Nonetheless, we made the best of it and enjoyed Rome.
