Joli Petit hĂŽtel Ă  Rodrigues. Personnel agrĂ©able. L’hĂŽtel est bien situĂ©e. Grande piscine . Mais mauvaise gestion des rĂ©servations ! nous avons rĂ©servĂ© et rĂ©glĂ© deux suites juniors une semaine avant notre arrivĂ©e et 2 jours avant notre arrivĂ©e il nous a Ă©tĂ© signalĂ© un problĂšme technique qui rendait les suites inhabitables . Mais Ă  notre surprise celles ci ont Ă©tĂ© attribuĂ©es <Ă  d’autres clients> certainement plus vip! La direction qu’on a maintes fois sollicitĂ© ne s’est prĂ©sentĂ© qu’au moment du dĂ©part et a feint de ne pas comprendre ! Peut ĂȘtre un peu de renouveau dans la gestion serait bĂ©nĂ©fique pour cet hĂŽtel qui a pourtant beaucoup d’atouts. À bon entendeur !

Juste à dire que les repas c'est tout simplement cantine...nous sommes trÚs déçus mon mari et moi..Je me suis carrément trompé d'hÎtel pour l'anniversaire de mon mari et pourtant on nous avait dit que c'était bien ...Je recherchais un super hÎtel et là non!!! Déçu!!!!! il nous ont préparé des plats bien personnalisés parce nous avions dit notre mécontentement!!!ils ont obtenpérés en s'excusant et nous demandant ce que nous voulions diner...Là oui il y a eu un effort au niveau de la nourriture ...Je ne sais toujours pas comment font les clients pour manger ces repas...Franchement ce n'est pas digne d'un 3 étoiles...Que je pensais 4..les clients se contente vraiment de peu...Mais bon!!!!Au final des efforts ont été fais, nous avons apprécié..Mais il faudrait revoir les menus à l'avenir...Je n'y retournerais pas ...Mais par contre Le tékoma HÎtel nous reverra c'est sûr!!!! la qualité est autre!!!! Si il n'y avait pas ce problÚme de nourriture ce serait a peu prÚs bien...Je vous parle des chambre plus loin...
