A very convenient, cost effective, and respectable operation. I'm thankful this was available. Tip: There is the Graham Parking Garage directly across the street which is less expensive than the hotel.

Construction everywhere around the hotel. Not their fault, Mayo is in a major building project and the noise during the day at times is almost unbearable. Hotel staff and service was excellent.

I had messaged property, called property and asked upon check-in for a quiet room. I got a room across the street from an active construction site with an AC unit that growled periodically through out the night. I reported this to the manager after I checked out. He seemed only mildly interested.

16 dollars per night to park when your a guest.

I have stayed in several of the surrounding properties but this hotel was far the easiest for access to Mayo hospital and clinics. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be back next year
