Very well maintained property with all the amenities you need for an extended stay. Great location near restaurants in East Rochester and easy access to other areas. The property manager is helpful and always met our needs!

Great location! we came to visit family and friends in Greece and Victor and this was a perfect mid-point. The house was clean, comfortable and stylish. my 7 year old loved the "zen den". Leo's Bakery a few minutes away and a nice park with a free splash pad and playground within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again!

Well Maintained

The house was as listed. It is decorated cute and had adequate towels and kitchen ware. The front porch was a nice place to sit in the mornings. Quiet neighborhood. The tub could use a mat to keep from slipping when stepping out of the tub. The two king beds were very comfortable. We did not use the twin in the third bedroom. The floor upstairs squeak when you walk but it is a very old home that has been nicely renovated. The host was very prompt to answer any messages. Overall we had a good experience.

Couple of Items

We loved the house and neighborhood. We would have coffee on the porch each morning and met several lovely neighbors. The house gave us a very homey feel and we enjoyed our stay. When I say just a couple of items I’m referring to possibly placing slip resistance strips in the bathtub,. Also please check the lint basket on the dryer ( I don’t like seeing other peoples lint and a full basket ). Over all it was perfect, thank you so much. Fondly, Pat Kuehn
