We have stayed here 3 times...it's right around the corner from the historic Mission Inn. We go for the holiday fun and festival of lights at the Inn, but the rooms there are dark and small, and expensive. The Hyatt rooms are large, comfy and the beds are great. Only complaint is street noise; if you can, book a room away from the street, as the windows let a lot of noise into the room.

$20-30 to park, when parking is available. The breakfast is complimentary; tastes like it too. My experience at the hotel "Starbucks" was not good. The drink was horrible. It was a waste of money and time. Housekeeping wasn't thorough. Overall, I expected more for the cost.

Check in was a breeze. So perfectly located, great food options and bars. Minutes from the Festival of Lights. We took a beak after a few hours, back to the room to chill for 20 minutes. Then a 2 minute walk and back into the thick of it. Amazing property, fantastic staff.
