Easy check in and good communication with the host. Immaculate, spacious home. More than enough room for our group of 6. The three bedrooms and three baths were a must as we were in town for a wedding and having these spaces to get ready were a big help. The common areas were comfortable and well appointed. The house is close to the road, but a little traffic noise was not a bother to us at all. I wish we had more time to enjoy the large chefs kitchen, the backyard patio and the winery...maybe next time.

Nice and easy stay

Ronald did not initially answer any email or text but when I called the day before he finally did. We arranged for him to be at the house they next and he showed us around. Very nice house for 6 in 3 queen beds. Would like a regular coffee pot and microwave to be added into this kitchen but other than that, it was great!

Great location and house!

We loved our stay at The Vine. We were 3 couples- each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is perfect for a weekend getaway. The house is on the Jamesport Vineyard property. We enjoyed the wine, pizza and staff at The Jamesport Vineyard , and I would definitely recommend stopping in. The location is great- right near the best wineries and farmstands. The only minor issue is that the house is located close to the road, so being a light sleeper meant that I put on my white noise app, which worked like a charm. We definitely would return to this house.

Beautiful, recently renovated house with three large bedrooms/bathrooms, ample open space and lovely kitchen. Big outdoor area with patio/umbrella/Adirondack chairs/grill, gracious, welcoming and flexible hosts -- highly recommend!

Beautiful and well appointed home

Loved everything about the experience and would definitely rent again, but the one thing to note is that there is significant road noise, so be prepared. Other than that, charming in every respect.

“On the Vine” is divine!

This historic house is a gem. Tastefully restored to the highest quality. The hospitality of the owners is “par excellence.” Highly recommended.

Great house for the weekend

Great, clean house right on Vineyard property. Two large upstairs bedrooms have beautiful en-suite bathrooms with a third bedroom and separate full bath downstairs. Great kitchen and large dining room. Central to all wineries and great towns nearby.

Beautifully renovated home on the vineyard

We had a lovely stay at the vineyard in this beautifully renovated historic home. The chef's kitchen is wonderfully appointed, which we used extensively to enjoy all the delicacies the North Fork has to offer (the Jamesport Vineyard wines are very good too, which conveniently adds to the experience). Bed linens and towels are excellent. It's especially nice that the two upstairs bedrooms are identical in space and appointments -- two couples would be very happy here. The home is comfortable and reasonably private despite being on the grounds of the vineyard. Our only critiques are that it is quite close to the road, which is busy, so we didn't ever feel the quiet respite of the North Fork. It was not a big problem for us, but something you should be aware of when renting. It also would be very helpful to have a washer/dryer on-site. The outdoor space was perfect for us to enjoy a grilled dinner or wine and let the kids run around. The property management company was not particularly helpful in planning our trip, but you deal directly with the owner once you check in and they are great.

Fantastic Stay in the North Fork

Our expectations were exceeded when we arrived at this beautifully renovated and immaculately clean home. The location is perfect for vineyard hopping, shopping at local farm stands, beaches and local dining! The home is beautifully appointed, with 2 large bedroom suites upstairs (with separate climate control) and a dream kitchen downstairs. We enjoyed some Jamesport Vineyard wine from the outdoor tables and had a great time overall. Its proximity to the street didn't bother us, and we had even traveled with our toddler son. We are looking forward to staying again in the future!

Wow! Amazing House + Service

This was my first time booking with Stay Marquis and I am beyond impressed. I grew up in Eastern Long Island so my standards are very high for the houses/area out there; and this exceeding my expectations. Our rep at Stay Marquis was giving us updates as our trip approached and our Host Ron was so lovely. He gave a great tour of the house and property. We were originally a bit worried about traveling due to COVID, but the house was VERY clean and the vineyard was also clean/fair about COVID rules. The wine is very good, and I have already recommended this house to a few friends. We will be coming back - Perfect place for a relaxing friends/family getaway !!!!

Beautiful, modern home in a lovely setting

The property was immaculate, modern and comfortable. We enjoyed our three night stay immensely. The separate bedroom suites will appeal to couples sharing this property but it worked just fine for our family of four. The grounds are beautiful too. We regret that we didn't find time to take advantage of the complimentary wine tasting which seems like a very nice perk. The surrounding area is beautiful and the town of Greenport is close by for shopping and dining etc. The north fork is a bit of a drive from other attractions in the Hamptons but aside from the morning rush, driving to places like Montauk and Sag Harbour was pleasant. If you don't like a lot of driving there is apparently a ferry as well. The amenities at the house were spectacular, particularly the kitchen if you like to cook. Because the rental is brand new there were a few things overlooked, like a toaster and ironing board, but these were quickly provided when we raised it with management. We would highly recommend this rental.
