Risør Hotel er koselig og personalet hyggelig. De godtar også hund. Vi fikk et svalt rom med uteplass, senga var utrolig komfotabel med store gode puter. Badet var rent og frokosten meget god. Vi kommer tilbake helt sikkert.

Helt ok, men litt å klage på allikevel

Ok opphold, men det var iskaldt på rommet og frokosten var ikke bra. Appelsinjuicen på tappekranen var dårlig og smørpakningene var harsknet og bar preg av å ha vært ut og inn av kjøla flere ganger, men datoen var innenfor. Veldig flott rom og god seng. Det var et moderne spyle toalett på badet, men det virket dog ikke…. Folkene som jobbet der var vennlige og imøtekommende. Kommer nok tilbake når det er sesong…

Gammalt och ofräscht

Det bästa med hotellet är dess läge – i övrigt var det en stor besvikelse. Hotellet är slitet och typ 80-talsstandard och inredningen ser ut att vara från någon loppis. Kan vara charmigt att inreda med gammal stil men detta såg bara billigt ut, trist. Må hända att det är en liten stad med litet utbud av hotell men detta var rent ut sagt hutlöst dyrt för låg standard! På mitt rum satt TV:n väldigt snett – inte för det betyder jättemycket men säger lite om att man inte bryr sig om detaljer. Rummet jag fick var mot baksidan och i gathöjd vilket gjorde att förbipasserande kunde se rakt in i rummet när fönsterna var öppna vilket behövdes för att lufta ut då det var tokvarmt och saknades luftkonditionering. Välj ett annat hotell är min rekommendation.

Charged double payment

The Hotel itself was good but the service was not. Breakfast disappointing. Major issue was that they required us to pay in full upon arrival even though we had booked and pre-paid in full. So we had to pay twice! Contacted hotels.com who promptly resolved the issue and reimbursed our payment through them. No explanation or excuse from Hotel. Hotels.com - 10/10 Risør Hotel 1/10

Our stay was ok. Breakfeast was no good. We had to wait for bread, egg/bacon and even coffee. Everthing took ages before we got it:-( We were looking forward to enjoy our breakfeast but that didn't happen.

Betjeningen bar preg av å være lite erfarne og at de var lite serviceinnstilte. Beliggenheten og været var meget bra, men ledelsen har en jobb å gjøre med serviceinnstillingen til personalet.

Tatt utgangspunkt i pris, var det meget skuffende at parkering kom i tillegg på kr 250 per natt, da parkeringen lå på hotellets eiendom. Man skulle tro hotellet tilbød gratis eller rimeligere parkering per natt til sine gjester. Da vi ankom hotellet var heller ikke servicen noe å skryte av, da betjeningen hverken var blide eller hyggelige. Alt i alt var det en skuffende opplevelse. Lite fristende å dra tilbake til Risør hotel.

Bra hotel i flotte omgivelser.

Deilig seng. Pluss for kjøleskap på rommet. Deilige omgivelser. Bodde på baksiden av hotellet, hvor det var satt ut bord og stoler. Positivt helt til natten kom, og folk satt ute og pratet og røkte helt til morgenen. Ikke ok for oss.
