The room lacked amenities. I believe the room could have a coffee/tea percolator and a microwave. A basic requirement is that water is charged for when there is no notice that the client is being charged for water placed in the refrigerator.

Excellent customer service. Breakfast was abundant with lots of fresh fruit options. Room was cleaned daily was fresh bedding and towels. The area is vibrant and safe with a lot of food and shopping options. There is a mall just across the road.

Room was okay although the air conditioning unit that was leaking on the floor. I was moved rooms after asking. Other details in the room were a bit rough, sockets and lamps that don’t work and the bed was too big for the room it was in, leaving not a lot of space for luggage etc. Reception staff were okay, but not very warm or welcoming. Breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about. Location was not too bad, half way between airport and south zone. Overall average, and not really worth the price that is charged.

Horrible experiencia. El hotel estaba en una zona MUY FEA. Las condiciones del hotel son deplorables, camas chuecas, colchones viejos, ropa de cama manchada y desgastadas, paredes sucias, baños con moho, sucios. Me arrepiento de haberlo seleccionado. Te cobran el agua al final de la estancia, duré 3 noches solo fueron a limpieza una vez y fue despues de varias solicitudes.
