Staff was very courteous and helpful- loved them. The cleanliness of the room could use a little help. Breakfast was not cooked well. The breakfast area tables were not wiped down, and breakfast area could use some furniture sanding and polishing. Overall, an OK experience, but won't be back.

On 12/28/2025, at approximately 3:00 PM, I checked into Pardo in Ridgeland,ms]. At the front desk, the clerk requested my identification. I explained that I had a reservation for today only, and after paying the required accidental/incidental deposit, I was informed that my stay was booked through December 31st. I proceeded to my assigned room, entered, got undressed, and began watching television. Shortly afterward, a woman entered my room using a room key card, stating that she had just been checked into the same room. I was shocked, uncomfortable, and felt completely unsafe that a stranger had access to my room while I was inside. I immediately went downstairs to the front desk to report the incident. The clerk then stated that I had not paid my deposit, which is incorrect, and also admitted that she gave another guest access to my room. This situation was unacceptable, a breach of privacy, and a serious safety concern. I was inside the room undressed, and this could have resulted in theft, confrontation, or even physical harm. I am extremely upset and disturbed that this occurred and that my security and privacy were violated. I am requesting that this incident be taken seriously, properly documented, and that appropriate action be taken, including accountability for staff errors and compensation for the emotional distress and risk caused by this negligence.

The staff was great!! Everyone we encountered were so sweet! Breakfast was great and free! Also, a free dinner and cocktails. Doesn’t get much better than that. Highly recommend!

The room was just ok. Nothing special. There was a lot of cases of beer at the garbage can as you get off the elevator. Standard breakfast food. Grits were actually good. I was surprised that they offered a light dinner from 5:30-7pm. There was a lot of noise from the road around the hotel.

Check in went very well and both breakfast and light dinner were very good. It is an upscale choice hotel with a nice decor. My main reason for the low rating is that We were told we were half way down the hall from the elevator, but there was also an elevator right across from our room. Between the crashing sound from the elevator and the people getting off and talking loudly we were woke up several times during the night.
