Overall, good for one night's stay. I believe the AC in the building was out because it was very hot. This did not affect our room temperature, so no complaints. It looked as though someone was working on it outside. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Staff us aleays friendly and so helpful. Hotel is always clean. The only downside is breakfast is very limited, and not very good. But there is a Rudy's super close by and they have really good breakfast items there. Hotel is great, breakfast is poor, but location to good restaurant is a plus.

Ingrid at the front desk was possibly the most helpful person ive ever met at a hotel. The whole staff up front was great, Tony for sure. But Ingrid went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed, including learning how to code a door at 9pm on a Friday night. She deserves ALL the raises.

It was so nice to be so close to the hospital. There were too many construction works staying there, and it wasn’t clean. Our room was worn out. More fresh options for breakfast would be great! Ingrid the night time front desk person was the best! So friendly and accommodating. Our room didn’t get clean for three days. Ingrid felt bad and always gave us fresh towels.

Your staff is incredible given the environment. We especially appreciated Kaylan's attitude and efficiency. The biggest disappointed, given our stay in the Home2 Suites in Cedar Park the 3 days previous was how terribly inappropriate your interior design looks. I've stayed in similar hotels in eastern Europe where the former Soviet countries were trying their best to upgrade old hotels to western standards!! Your breakfast is awful and the seating area even worse. A complete makeover in the lobby would serve you well. The rooms, especially when compared to your sister hotel in Cedar Park, leave a great deal to be desired. You really need to invest in a remodel, floor by floor!!! We visit the Sugar Land area frequently to visit relatives and this is our first and last visit to your facility!!!
