Would not book again. Checked in later in the evening after traveling and shopping for just a place to sleep. Walked into a very unclean bathroom. It even had a random pill laying on the floor. The furniture in the room was very worn down. Staff were very friendly, but it just wasn't clean.

Everytime we stay the hotel is under some sort of construction. But the overall space is aged. The suites bathrooms have cracked/raised tiles in the & the faucet is falling off. The conditioner was empty & during our 2 night stay the towels were not refreshed or beds made. This is a basic hotel, not what I usually have come to expect with Hiltons. The staff is always very kind though. And the neighborhood is close to family, so it works.

Front desk was not very helpful. When asked if there could be a delay in checkout due to the snowstorm the night before, they said no. Places looks like it needs lots of repairs, one elevator in service, no ease of access or reentry if you went to designated smoking section.
