We checked in at 10:30 pm and out at 8:30 am - Staff was very friendly - Beds we comfortable but the washroom was not great. Toilet was not flushed and there was hair on the shower/tub walls. Breakfast looked good but we only grabbed a yogurt and juice on our way out.

The stay was good. Nice and quiet. The room was nice and clean. The wall mounted shampoo was a bit hard to squeeze. Breakfast was just satisfactory. Bread and potato patties were very dry. The room was extremely dry so we both were stuffed up. Nothing much you can do in winter for dry air. We will use your business when I need to come again for doctor appointments. Thank you

Staff and overall experience. Late-night check-in was handled very poorly by the night clerk, and the reservation was entered incorrectly, resulting in unnecessary calls and disturbances the next morning. Overall, the stay was disorganized and frustrating.
