The staff was wonderful. Helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the location of this hotel makes it very noisy. The traffic, the train going by at least three times in 24 hours and the proximity to the nearby hospital with the ambulances blaring their sirens made it very difficult to sleep. The beds were also extremely firm so it didn’t work for me.

This hotel is much better than most big names! I stay in a lot of hotels up and down the state of CA. The staff (both check in and check out) were amazing! Room was quiet and very comfortable!
