Just ok.

It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. Dirty toilet, shower, all work surfaces covered in dust. It is a really small place so would take next to no time to clean but clearly had not been done. As I said overall ok, I would not have been happy if I was staying longer and the owner does need to understand that it is important to be contactable.
