The woman who checked us in last night was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We had to leave very early this morning to get my son, who was home from the military, to the airport to get back to his base. We were in a hurry, but the doors wouldn't open and nobody was around. We were kind of hollering "hello". Then a very nice man came out and aologized, and explained to us that there were some issues with people in the parking lot who had been drinking, so the doors were locked. Although we were in a hurry, the wait was quick, and we feel the gentleman did exactly what he should have in order to keep guests safe. We did not have garmet bags in either of our rooms, and we did need one for my son's civilian clothing, but we made it work. We let the gentleman know that, and he apologized and noted it in the system. This was our 2nd time staying there due to early flights, and we were just as pleased this time as the first. 5 stars for sure!

This is our favorite place home away from home. We appreciate getting to stay on the ground floor as we request, so my young girls can swim all weekend. The staff is completely supportive, helpful and friendly. Sheralda was extremely Nice, welcoming and attentive. She made our check in fast and was willing to help make our stay the best so far, she was wonderful to visit.!!
