The property was adequate. I felt like the management company could have done a better job. They gave us 2 sets of towels for 2 people for 6 nights. Very stingy. Used to having bathrooms stocked. There was no windex, basic cleaning supplies. There was a sign in the master bathroom that said they "stocked it with amenities". There was NOTHING In the bathroom besides some old mens shampoo in the shower. No kleenex. Don't post a sign if there is absolutely nothing there. No small packet of detergent for one wash (despite the fact they wanted to only give us one towel for 6 days). There was really no focus on the guests. I spent over 1000 for 6 nights and the management company could have spent 15 to make our stay better. Sadly, I think this is the only management company in Rapid City.

Great backyard for pets! Our dogs loved having the fenced area. The only downside is that the house is on a pretty busy street so there was traffic noise. It wasn't bad in the main bedroom but could definitely be an issue in the front of house rooms. The owner was very good at communicating and very responsive.

Nice Place overall

It's a nice place inside. At first the neighborhood looks a little questionable but it's fine. Neighbor was real nice we talked for a bit. Not too far from Keystone, Mt Rushmore, etc.

Elm Avenue - Great stay

This was a charming little house on Elm Ave in a great location. Easy to find and get to all the sights in the surrounding area. The information the owner provided (including attractions and restaurants in the area) was great! I would recommend staying here!

Great with a Few Small Suggestions

This property is very nice and overall well kept. The kitchen being stocked was a huge plus. Our only suggestions would be the following. 1) make the rugs/mats in the house non-slip. They complimented the space well but did not stay in place which was annoying with the snow we encountered as well as was difficult for those with mobility concerns in our party. 2) Both bathrooms have shower/tubs. Again, we had people with mobility concerns so to not have grab bars to hang on to to get in/out was a little nerve wracking. At least one would be nice. 3) Access to a shovel in the winter. As mentioned above, we encountered quite a bit of snow during our stay. We couldn’t find a shovel making getting in/out a little difficult. Overall though, again, a great stay in a great house.

Great Family Wweekend

We had a fantastic family weekend with our college kid. We were able to make family meals, enjoy time together at the dining room table or in the sitting room. There was a nice sized yard to relax in as well. The bedrooms were good sized and the beds were comfortable. It was nice having a pack-n-play to use so we didn't have to pack one. The kitchen was well stocked. Just needs some coffee mugs. :)

Fabulous base for exploring Black Hills

We loved this property as a base for exploring the Black Hills region. We hiked in Custer State Park, Spearfish Canyon, and Devils Tower National Monument. This property was ideally located to put us within reach of the region's most beautiful sights. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (thanks for the coffee and grinder!), and the arcade was a hit with our kiddo. Grateful for this home and the memories we made as a family.

Nice Rental in Rapid City

Very easy to work with the owner. He was very responsive before, during and after our stay. We had one small issue which was solved quickly and easily. The house worked well for our group of two couples, one with a small dog. Nice backyard. It's an old house that has been redone, so there are definitely a few quirks. Overall, the location worked well and the house suited our needs. It was quiet there at night.

Rapid City 2024

The home was easy to find. We had our 3 oldest granddaughters with us, ages, 10, 11 and 12. The first thing they said when they walked in was, "This is such a cute home!" They especially enjoyed the PacMan machine. Everything was clean, comfortable and cozy. The owners were great to work with and quick to respond when we had questions. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely stay again. We didn't spend time exploring the neighborhood as we were busy going to see the nearby sites of Keystone, the Reptile Garden, Mount Rushmore, the 1880 train ride and more!

Cozy style home

Graduation trip

We flew to this area from Virginia for our grandson's college graduation. This home was the exact place for us to stay. The host was wonderful. Always replied back to any questions that I had. The home was cozy and inviting. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We will definitely stay here again shoukd we come back to Rapid City!

Humble, modern and clean

Enjoyed our stay. We were in town for state basketball and stayed here with family. The place was perfect for us. Very modern styling, super clean and cozy. Hosts were helpful when we needed them. We didn’t have time to use the backyard but wished we did.

Very comfortable

We needed a place to hold our Thanksgiving our family has grown so we needed a bigger place for everyone and this place worked great. Great for our pets we had to bring and plenty of room for grandchildren to run or play the Pac-Man game. Management answered my messages right away with any questions. Definitely would stay again for since we have family in Rapid City.

Great for busy sightseeing family!

Great for our family of 5 and our dog while we were visiting the Black Hills and all the parks. Arcade game was a hit for the kids. Fenced in backyard was a hit for our dog. Good quality beds were a hit with all of us. Washer/dryer was a hit as we had to pack extremely light and do laundry every day. Thankfully I always travel with pods, because there wouldn't have been enough detergent. Street that the house is located on was bit busier than we had hoped for, loud cars (can't control those) at late hours or very early hours. Make sure they know the exact number of guests as they only do 1 towel per guest. Vrbo didn't add my kids when I made reservation through the app and I messaged Jordan to confirm number of guests several days in advance. Unfortunately I was told they couldn't go back and add towels so we did have to add another small bag to our already packed car. Also, make sure you pack small bottles of shampoo/conditioner. None of that is provided as it is stated in their description. Also, we were down to just 1/2 roll toilet paper when we checked out. I'm sure they typically give more to larger groups? But if we were to stay there longer we would need to go buy our own, again not a problem, just another thing to note. We would stay here again because the price was within our budget and we felt it was definitely fairly priced for our trip.
