Fabulous property in the heart of North Hills! Everyone there was SO NICE and eager to help in any way. Everything is CLEAN and very nicely appointed. The breakfast and bar were great with exceptional service at every turn. Parking was FREE in the garage below and easy to find. LOVE this property, definitely recommend!

Lobby is lovely and well take care of, however the hotel is very dated and worn. Rooms are a bit tattered and refreshment would be much appreciated. We paid for premium accommodation by booming Renaissance, however, our stay was not as expected. Carpet, bathrooms, and room was worn and in need of updating.
