Very nice hotel. The only issue I have with Hyatt Place is the charge of $15 a day that won't get credited back to you account for 3-5 days. I find this unacceptable and will not stay at another Hyatt Place because of it.

Our 3 night stay was very comfortable. Easy check-in, clean, quiet property, and nice variety of options at the breakfasts in the morning, with different hot food items each day! Nice location, easy to get around

Showed up to the property and the receptionist was rude and acted bothered by me trying to check in. Reserved a room with two queens and a pull out. But upon arrival I was told my room would have a king bed and pull out. This was not what I reserved and was not suitable for my family.
