Our booked apartment was “unavailable” when we arrived and were asked to stay in a different apartment that was 1/2 the size of what we booked. When we were able to check in to what we originally booked( 3 days later) the concierge confirmed that other guests had just checked out that morning. The reason for us not being able to check in to what we had booked was “plumbing issues.” We were told this while on our flight leaving us no option other than take what the owner offered us. This was super dishonest and created a terrible start to our vacation.

Great location

Perfect location with lovely amenities, however, due to COVID you do have to sign up for them and it is limited on time slots. Host help me set up time slots and was very helpful and responded right away.
