10/10 amazing trip and amazing host. Couldn’t say enough good things. Helped us with every cab ride, groceries and booking our excursions. Monkeys all over the villa and a parrot every morning! Such an awesome stay.

We loved this house. Judith, our house keeper was adorable. Mefi , our concierge was always available when needed. We were visited one day by 2 monkeys and almost daily by the macaws. We did have the chef on our first night and that was amazing. It is a bit noisy at times because the home is on the road side. We loved the pool area and the option to open the home up to nature.

Casa Nueva Vida was even better than we had hoped it would be. The home is beautiful. Everything was provided for our enjoyment and comfort. One of our favorite times of day was early in the morning, listening and watching all of the birds that are around the house. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Our concierge, Mefi, was very helpful with all of our needs and requests. Our vacation in Costa Rica was fantastic.

Great house

Beautiful place. Animal visitors daily and sunset views. Very safe gated community. Stayed with 7 people and celebrated a 50th birthday. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Setting

Our family enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were as nice as we expected and the views were beautiful including the Macaws and the Monkeys that we saw daily. The concierge and the housekeeping were great and were quick to respond when we had questions.

Amazing house and stay, even better than pictured!

Everything about this house was amazing, when we walked in we were all blown away. Our group of 8 loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and our high expectations from the pictures were surpassed! Mefi the concierge was also equally, if not more, amazing. He helped to book all of our excursions and went above and beyond to help us repair a flat tire on our rental car. Housekeeping was excellent and she even did laundry for us as well. Really an unforgettable vacation and I’m sure you will have an amazing time if you book this home.

Friends trip

Everything about this property was wonderful! Mefi was great to work with and picked up groceries before our stay, booked excursions, called for taxi cabs, gave great advice throughout the trip. The house was in a great location, between Quepos and Manuel Antonio area. It was a great pool with great views! We would recommend staying here with a family or group of friends.

Amazing villa !

We stayed at the Villa 4 nights and we really enjoyed every second of it. The villa has everything you could imagine ++. The view, the vegetation, the animals were better than expected. Mefi the concierge was always responding within 1min with anything we needed. Gated community with security. Thanks !

Awesome House

Pictures don't do this house justice. The owners spared no expense on this house. This house is only a few months old and was built for traveling families. The location was very convenient as well. There was nothing missing from the house that we needed. The pool area is great for lounging and the living area was spacious. Mefi (concierge) was a quick Whats App text away for any questions we had. We booked all of our excursions through Mefi. Every guide Mefi set us up with was great. It seems everyone knew him in town. He also put us in touch with a rental car company that made booking cars smooth and easy. A housekeeper came every other day and even did our laundry. Highly recommend this house.
