8-person female room was cozy and comfortable. Appreciated the lockers under the bed and spacing of the bed itself. Room could have benefited from daily vacuuming or carpet roller as it fills with hair and lint throughout the stay... But this is minor.

I really liked staying here and I would absolutely recommend people to stay here. It was very quiet even in the rooms and within the pods they have this nice curtain to provide ultimate privacy that u can pull down. They have outlets within the pods and provided me another blanket as I run cold. In terms of beach access, there isn’t one nearby so can’t really say yay for that, but everywhere in the town is walkabale and this spot is very well positioned. They provided me with a parking spot in the parkade (I had to pay 30 nzd/ 24 hours but had a rental car so didn’t want to risk other spots, plus I thought that was a really good deal considering). The staff were super nice and incredibly helpful with recommendations. Kitchen area was great! Had all the instruments and appliances!!! Even had a great fridge space for everyone to put their fridge items (even had baskets to separate). All in all a great stop!!!

Pros: Clean room, friendly staff, beautiful views, close to everything annd easy check in/out process with iPad. Cons: The room was quite small, okay for 1 person but very tight for 2 people. The bathroom was really cold and the window could not open for ventilation.

stayed over the Queenstown Marathon Weekend, and it was perfect! We stayed in a family room which was the perfect sized room for 3 friends, our room overlooked the Gondola and the park. Room was spotless, bed was super comfy. the only thing i would have to say is that the water pressure in the shower isn't the best, but nothing to complain about. the location is perfect too, a quick 5 minute walk to the waterfront, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, everything is in a handy location without having to walk up any steep hills. Staff were all super friendly, the front desk team were super helpful with giving reccomendation on what to do, although we already had our itinerary sorted, they were there if you needed any help (im so sorry i forgot specific names). overall, would definetly stay again, although there is no carpark onsite there are heaps of carparking options around town.

Great location, but the room was very small and not well soundproofed — we could hear everything from the next room. We asked for cleaning once, but they just quickly tidied up without actually cleaning (no vacuuming or bathroom cleaning). Service was average overall.
