Stayed here with the family. 5 beds in a room was great. Staff were generally friendly. Parking was easy. We are walkers, and we could walk everywhere. Location was great and not in a super touristy part of town. We did not spend much time in the hotel. Which is good because there were issues. -Their room ventilation approach for the hotel is to use mini splits. Ours was turned off or didn't work. You could only open the window to get ventilation. A person would smoke in the parking lot below, and our room would fill with smoke. -Breakfast is not competitive with other hotels (think Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn). A bagel, a green banana, and sugary yogurt. Coffee was great one day and horrific the next. -Additionally, the breakfast area layout was really bad where the entire hotel is trying to get their breakfast in a very small 15 foot counter. They have an entire other section of the downstairs at the hotel with what appeared to be an island kitchen area. I don't know why they don't use it. -The "heated" pool did not appear to be heated. The water was very cold. -As we were leaving we passed a housekeeper who was SUPER sick. They should not have been changing people's sheets. -Interior of the building needed updates and TLC. Would I stay here again? Probably not. I am not very picky about hotels, but this one was pretty bad. This hotel could be great, but the owner needs to invest in it.

Some minor shopping and restaurants in the direct area, but a 1 minute walk to the #1 bus to take u into town for $4 Canadian. Bring exact change on the bus! Clean hotel, but a few minutes of a proper cleaner and scrub brush in the show to get rid of the mold would be the next best thing they could do. They care enough to steam clean the carpets in the common area, so why not scrub the showers a tiny bit. Otherwise spotless. Bed not too hard or soft.

Great time come with great stay .

First time I traveled from Toronto to Quebec City by car, it had been in my bucket list, I was looking for a place to stay with reasonable price and have parking , I found this place on internet and hoping I can get around to all attractions without having to driving around the city and find the parking, so I can enjoy myself, the hotel is not far from old Quebec City and lot of other attractions by bus that right around the corner of the hotel about 5 minutes walk, the bus ride is about 10 minutes max, a young lady at the reception she usually there in the morning always very pleasant and helpful, she had a very good experience how to get around town specially by bus, she explaining to me if I would take the number 1 bus , this bus is ride in the circle around downtown, so if I miss the stop it will take me back where I want to get off , I feel so safe and comfortable to ride the bus, my girlfriend and I had a blast with our adventures on the bus and our trip in Quebec City, feel safe and don’t have to drive only good times to remember. The hotel are not big but got what we needed, nice clean comfortable bad , good shower, good breakfast and great coffee , hot tea as much as we wanted , also the neighborhood around the area are very interesting historic like back in times, feel like walking around the museum , would love to stay in this hotel again

The website didn't show the type of hotel as accurately as i would have appreciated. The rooms are shown online to seem bigger than they are. Unfortunately our experience was negative in the first room in the basement. I reacted to the mold and had allergy problems and i grew ill. We were moved upstairs and that room was better. The hotel has narrow hallways designed to glean more rooms from the useable floor space. Lots of rooms, lots of people. It felt germy. We had booked 3 nights and were able to reduce it to 2 nights. Preferred to just spend the 1 night and find another place. Staff were courteous and helpful tho no reparations were offered other than moving rooms.
