It was wonderful to be so close to the Old Town. Matt gave us a great recommendation, and the staff were very friendly, taking great care of my car.

Absolutely perfect location if you want to tour Old Quebec! A charming hotel! Wonderful staff! Accommodated English speakers completely. Nice continental breakfast (included if you book the room directly with them but $9/meal if you book thru travel websites). No refrigerator in room but then there is really no place nearby (or seemingly in Old Quebec) like a convenience store or grocery store where you can buy food/beverages in order to keep in your room. They did have a couple vending machines on the basement level of the hotel. They have desk staff 24/7 and they are happy to call a taxi for you. Our cab ride to the airport was $32 Canadian and they do take credit cards. We used Uber from the airport but none was available at 4am (plus I read that Uber is pulling out of Quebec due to stricter regulations being applied to them). One suggestion is to request to NOT have room 108. It's the one nearest to the lobby door where all the guests must pass through and there was also a moderately loud constant hum or a motor or ventilation system. It wasn't terribly disturbing but some might take issue with the noise. I figure that it is probably the room given to those of us who booked a room through alternative discount websites (Orbitz in our case). But again, WELL worth the price!!! For certain I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone!!! Thank you Hotel Chateau Bellevue for the great stay!!!

Nice hotel, very well located. You can easily walk around old Quebec from there. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are little.

Excellent staff. Nice rooms. Close to many restaurants. Across from Governors park and the waterfront Boardwalk.

The room was small but it was very clean, attractive and had everything we needed for a two-night stay.

We had a good time. Only problem was the shower controls in room 321.

We stayed at this hotel since it's centrally located in Old Quebec. We loved this hotel since we received excellent service from the staff. From dinner recommendations to holding our luggage, to making us laugh, all members of the staff were stellar!

Excellent location 1 block from Chateau and esplenade. First night we were in a very small (but nice/spotless) room in the basement and near housekeepping and maintenance. VERY noisy in early morning. Requested a room change and were accommodated by a couteous desk clerk. Second room was quieter. Be sure to request rooms NOT in the basement. Breakfast was average but probably a good deal for 8.50.

great location. walking distant to pretty much everything in the historic part of town.probably best available price within the old city wall. great staff! got great food recommendation for local restaurant! highly recommended!

The hotel is on a perfect location, right in Old Quebec close to all restaurants, sights ant tours. The breakfast included was very good.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable. We were impressed by the bathroom which appeared to be recently renovated. The location was favorable for we two elderly people and we were especially pleased that the air conditioning worked as the temperatures in Quebec City were unusually hot. We would recommend it to friends as we thought it wasa delightful experience.

The hotel was well located near a park with a view of the St. Lawrence River. Breakfast was included in the price. The offering was a prepackaged muffin or cookie if you arrived early.

Perfect location (convenient but just out-of-the-way enough to be quiet) great service and clean -- small rooms but well worth it.

Not to bad, great location!

This hotel was within our price range and was within walking distance of just about everything in Old Quebec City. However, our room was very cramped - only had one chair, and a slanted ceiling that we had to duck under to navigate the room. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful.

Due to misunderstanding by a hotel staff, I almost got kicked out of the hotel a day before I was supposed to leave. There was no apology. Overall, their customer care was not good. The location is good, but the room is very small. Everything is within a walking distance.

The room was small but we loved the view and location. A surprise was a wonderful continental breakfast that we enjoyed every morning in front of the window overlooking the St Laurence river and the Chateau Frontenac. The staff was fabulous and very helpful. We would go back in a heart beat. We were centrally located and within walking distance of all we wanted to experience.
