Overall the area is great, lots of restaurants nearby, pub right across the street and quite neighborhood. The place is cozy and viby. You’ll enjoy it! It was sweet of the owner for leaving nespresso pods(consider electric kettle for the place :))!
My only small suggestion would be to have duvet because it gets cold and the bed cover is not suitable.
Other than that, fantastic stay. Would stay again!
