Absolutely great location at Plaza de Arms, in the middle of Old Quebec. Rooms were comfortable, staff was friendly and the restaurant was good. The entire family had a very good stay.

We stay in a corner and unit with 2 window, it is bright and clean, shower pressure is good, washroom is well ventilated, plenty of tables and plugs. Noted that this is a very old 3 story building, there is no elevator. In the room, some hardware are not working properly as expected (like windows curtains). But overall is good experience.

Excellent location. The staff was very helpful. Our only issue was, being seniors, walking up and down the 51 steps to the 3rd floor was exhausting. The next time we visit we will request a room on the ground floor.

What a lovely charming hotel! I only gave four stars on the property but that’s because it was difficult for me, as an 80-year-old, to navigate the three flights all the way to the top. The staff was wonderful and the restaurant next door extremely friendly with good food. The hotel is central to just about everything and contributed to us having a magical stay in Québec. If you are older request a room on a lower floor but whatever you do don’t miss this charming hotel.

Loved it and perfectly located, the restaurant on the main floor is excellent and a big plus. Lots of stairs to the room so mobility is a factor. But great place to stay and enjoy the old town.

Right in the heart of everything! Very cute and charming. Especially recommend the restaurant/bar downstairs. We had drinks one night and then dinner another night.

Parking in old quebec is the only inconvenience as you need to park and walk, then park underground.

Auberge Place d'Armes was in the middle of Old Quebec City, but it was quiet and convenient. The Restaurant that was attached is great. Hotel itself is small but clean and staff was very friendly. Definitely keeping this on the list for hotels to return to.....

The hotel is beautiful and in such a lovely location. I found the stairs were challenging. The ones from the street level are very steep. They were slushed covered the entire 6 days we were there. There is also no handrail to help. Would not recommend for anyone with ANY mobility issue at all.
