The room was nicely furnished, and I liked that I could plug in my computer to the TV's HDMI. It had a fully outfitted kitchen, and I liked that they provided enough laundry soap during my stay. I liked there were a lot of restaurants nearby, and that it was also not a long commute from Kamelon to Gare du Palais and Vieux Quebec.
My chief complaints would be that the bed was uncomfortably stiff, and there was constant construction outside that made it difficult to sleep. The wifi was slow, and even disconnected frequently -- they keep the modem in the closet, though I had to plug and replug it to keep the wifi signal going. It's also not that easy to Uber from the property, as the front area is on the main road, and drivers have to navigate around construction cones to pick you up.
