If you think traveling is stressful, try book a stay with a place where communication with the staff felt like taking years of your life. We need some help with changing our booking, end up to have a response saying that we should have plan better, no solution or alternative given.

Can't say enough about these apartments. We stayed in BA501 one night and BA101 the following three, both were excellent! The process is easy, by getting access codes the day of arrival. Code access works like a charm, making getting in and out super easy. The place is super clean, large and very comfortable. The beds are excellent. If I had to find one complaint, it would only be that there are not many places to put stuff (in the bedrooms or bathrooms) forcing you to live mostly from your luggage. Location is excellent and cost effective. I would highly recommend staying and will be staying again for our next visit!

It was a nice location, and a good location to walk everywhere you need to in the Old Port area. I was disappointed it was advertised as 2 separate bedrooms but they did not indicate the rooms did not have doors only curtains until it was time to do my online check in.

Once we mastered the code system, we loved the place. We weren’t the only ones who struggled with the codes but we were the problem at the beginning, having arrived early. The loft itself was very comfortable and was great for visiting and privacy. Location was excellent. Close to all historical sites which our group appreciated. If we noted anything missing, it would’ve been nice to have a throw blanket, either on the bed or the couch.

We stayed in two different rooms on our four day visit to this beautiful old city. Both rooms were modern, clean, and quiet. Access to a washer & dryer was an added bonus. The set up of the units gave us everything we needed as a home away from home. Great location and very close to some amazing restaurants.
