La vía del acceso al hotel está en muy mal estado hay 13 km que uno tiene que recorrer a menos de 10 km/h y en un rústico porque sino puedes dañar el auto o desinflar una llanta.

The Property is amazing, the staff is clueless. Our reservation was not showing in their system, has to wait more than an hour. They were stubborn about the fact that the reservation didn't show up, telling me I didn't pay for it and that I had to pay it again. I stood my ground and magically the reservation appeared on the system. Really concerning....

La habitación excelente, salvo que una almohada de cama tenía hongo en la funda, espaciosa y cómoda. Lo informan en el contrato que nos hacen firmar, pero una carretera tan en malas condiciones te hace pensar en ir a la propiedad. Recepción no maneja bien los check in, nos ofrecieron un mini menú escrito en una hojita de 2x 2 pulgadas, y muy deficiente estaba la comida,sobre todo x los precios y no estaba a la altura, el personal que mantiene las áreas comunes muy amables y sí que mantienen todo en orden y limpio. Aunque nos gustó la propiedad, lo pensaría más de dos veces antes de regresar.

Es una muy buena opción el lugar es lindo y muy bien acondicionado el apartamento. Solo aconsejo explicar mejor lo de limpieza y por ejemplo botar basura donde hacerlo, ya que solo tienen una recepción y si uno pregunta es como : usted está en apartamento es diferente pero no explican nada.

Dopo una iniziale attesa non dovuta peraltro alla strurttura ma alla agenzia che ci aveva venduto il pacchetto, abbiamo optato per ripagare da zero il soggiorno con la speranza che poi ci venisse rimborsato. I due addetti alla prenotazione sono stati molto gentili e veloci. Bella camera con vista mare e piscine. Nuova secondo noi. Catena Radisson. Unico neo, con poca gente in casa non c'era la colazione a buffet ma con tre opzioni a scelta: opzioni molto scarse e poco assortite.

Mi experiencia fue realmente decepcionante. Hice dos reservaciones con un mes de antelación, pagadas con anticipación, y al llegar a las 5 p.m., me informaron que la propiedad estaba sobrevendida. No ofrecieron solución, compensación alguna, y únicamente proponían devolver el dinero en 20 días, a pesar de que ya había indicado que, debido a un problema de espalda, no podía manejar de regreso. La única alternativa que me daban era una propiedad más pequeña, donde no cabíamos, y sin beneficio adicional. La propiedad que alquilamos estaba cerrada y sin utilizar, y en su lugar, nos asignaron dos que estaban completamente sucias. Finalmente, a las 9:30 p.m., nos reubicaron en una propiedad frente al mar, aunque con menos camas que la reservada. La logística y el servicio al cliente fueron pésimos. Perdimos más de cuatro horas en este proceso, y no tuvimos otra opción que quedarnos. Nunca recibí una notificación sobre mi reserva, y al intentar contactarlos, no pude, ya que no proporcionan teléfono de contacto en la plataforma. Es una lástima, porque el lugar es hermoso y tiene buenas instalaciones, pero no recomendaría reservar directamente con Playacaracol Residences. Los muchachos de la recepción bien, pero desde el inicio era mucho ruido por las construcciones (lo cual no sabíamos antes de llegar), aparte se fue la luz y estuvimos sin agua casi un día. Aparte, la lavadora no servía, por lo cual llamamos para arreglarla, y cuando vinieron nos dijeron que no servía, pero que comunicarían a la administración, y todavía estamos esperando respuesta. En resumen, la propiedad tiene potencial, pero deben mejorar muchas cosas.

El apartamento esta muy limpio, en perfectas condiciones. Podria incluirse algunos utensilios adicionales para facilitar al momento de cocinar. Al momento de reservar no indica que no tienes acceso a la piscina mas grande y esto es limitante o incomodo durante la estadía. El restaurante Vento, la comida no es tan buena, no esta a la altura de los precios.

La falta de organización con las reservas resultó ser un problema considerable. A pesar de que la entrada estaba prevista para la 1:00 pm, no pudimos acceder a nuestra habitación hasta después de las 6:00 pm, y para entonces, aún se encontraba en proceso de limpieza. Esta situación es realmente inaceptable y demuestra una falta de respeto hacia los clientes que, como nosotros, tenemos horarios estrictos y expectativas de disfrutar un tiempo de relajación sin contratiempos. Es fundamental que se implementen mejoras en la gestión de las reservas y la preparación de las habitaciones para evitar este tipo de inconvenientes. Los clientes merecen un servicio eficiente y organizado que respete su tiempo y garantice una experiencia placentera desde el momento de su llegada.
