The check-in was horrible. It seemed apparently Expedia never sent over the payment to the hotel. This mix up took hours to resolve and I was forced to charge another credit card (possible duplication payment) before the reserved room was released. While charging a credit card on file usually happens at the end of the stay as such that was not the case here. Moreover, Expedia strongly encouraged me to buy this insurance to avoid any problems such as this but to no avail. It made our stay very salty from the door. And every time I reach out to Expedia Customer Service we got mixed information they were telling me the hotel was paid which match my paper work and then we would get disconnected I would call back and the same thing would happen, until they told me they would reach out to the hotel direct to straighten this out. But it never got straightened out and I ended up paying the hotel directly for the stay. After this long flight and almost hour drive to hotel from airport.

Check in was a disaster. They had the wrong info from our booking agency and then forced us to pay an additional $2000 to get into our room. Seemed very scammy and our friends who checked in the next day also had major issues with their reservation even though they booked directly with the hotel and were also forced to pay extra at check in.

Our experience was amazing. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, the buffet food was good, and there are many options. Entertainment was okay, not amazing, but good enough to spend some time. We didn't like the specialty dining options, didn't think the food was good, to be honest, we enjoyed the buffet food more than the à la carte options. Overall, great experience, we would go back, very relaxing, nice beach and pool.

Everything was wonderful the facility was really clean and the staff were all very pleasant. Anyone you walked by would greet you. The housekeepers cleaned your room everyday and filled your complimentary mini bar. Jorge one of the bell boys was so good to us he went out of his way to assist us talking to our excursion person who was picking us up as we don’t speak Spanish. He always greeted us like we were long time friends. It was a very safe resort as well.

The menu was varied the restaurants were premium. We went with a large groups so had to wait for seating but that is understandable when traveling with a large group. The staff made the experience they were all great and definitely recommend. The beach was very nice, the pool was the entire length and allowed to enjoy without crowds the food was decent.

We loved our stay at this resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the property was very clean with beautiful, lush gardens throughout. The beach was great for relaxing and swimming, and the water park was a fun added bonus. Overall, we would definitely recommend this resort. The only slight drawback was the food. The options were fairly limited and on the bland side, so do not expect anything exceptional in terms of cuisine.

The food was absolutely delicious—every meal felt like a culinary experience with plenty of variety and fresh flavors. The facilities were spotless, modern, and designed for both relaxation and fun, whether lounging by the pool or enjoying the beach. What truly stood out was the combination of amazing service, incredible dining, and the overall atmosphere of comfort and luxury. The hotel and facilities were very nice. I just had one problem and that was with the food but that's because I'm vegan. They knew and promised they would take care of us but it was not great. I kept asking for a vegetarian or vegan burger and they looked at me like they never heard of it. Then the day before we left I found that the steak restaurant which they told me not to go to, had a vegan burger on their menu. So they didn't even know that! It was right there so they could hs e made it available to us the w tire time so I fault them. They need to let their chefs and staff know what they offer! It was so disappointing to find out so late!
